I build it and host it on my own server, so there is nothing technical for you to set up or pay for. If you already run your own n8n, I can build directly on it instead.

The one-time price covers building your automation. The monthly fee covers hosting it, fixing it when something breaks, and small tweaks to your workflow. Bigger changes, like adding major new features as your business grows, get scoped and quoted separately.

Pretty much anything repetitive and rule based: email triage and inbox management, order intake and tracking, CRM automation (I've gone deepest with Notion, but the automation logic isn't locked to one tool, whatever CRM you're already using works too), customer communication workflows, content automation, even a custom diagnosis of your process if you're not sure where automation would actually help. It depends on your project. You get a clear timeline on the discovery call, before you pay anything.

For Simple and Basic builds you pay 50% to start and the other 50% when I deliver. Custom builds start from a 25% deposit, agreed with you before I begin. The monthly fee is separate: your first month is included, and monthly billing starts the month after delivery.

It covers hosting your automation on my server, keeping everything running, and fixing anything that breaks. The fee depends on how complex your build is: $50/month for a Simple build, $100/month for Basic, and from $200/month for Custom systems. You'll know your exact monthly before we start.

That's part of what the monthly fee covers. If anything stops working, I fix it. You're not on your own after delivery.
