Before any of this, I spent 4 years running and handling operations in photo labs and design studios, managing staff, production, and enlargement work. Real operations, real people, real deadlines. Executive assistant training came after, and it's what put me close enough to founders to watch what actually ate their days: not the big decisions, the repetitive stuff underneath. That's where I saw the actual problem. Founders don't need another tool, they need the admin gone. So I taught myself automation and started building. One founder came to me with 15,000+ unread emails. SmartInboxCleanup cleared it. I build in n8n because it lets me connect the tools founders already use into one system, everything from inbox cleanup to workflow automation to basic LLM integration. It's the kind of building I've genuinely enjoyed getting better at.
I build it and host it on my own server, so there is nothing technical for you to set up or pay for. If you already run your own n8n, I can build directly on it instead.
The one-time price covers building your automation. The monthly fee covers hosting it, fixing it when something breaks, and small tweaks to your workflow. Bigger changes, like adding major new features as your business grows, get scoped and quoted separately.
